Learn what it means to honor ourselves and fully embrace where we are in our practice. We often get discouraged when we see those bendy postures and we back away.
Take the time to honor yourself and see where your mind, body and soul are at. Accept being okay with where you are at in your practice.
Who Should Attend? All experience levels are invited to join us! No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
What to bring? Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, other yoga props and water bottle. There are props available at the studio to use. Wear comfortable clothing.
Cost: $5-$25 Donation Pass. Class proceeds will be donated to the Women's Community in Wausau!
2 EASY STEPS to get started & to register:
1) First pay the class fee/donation for one class HERE $5-$25, your choice of payment amount, YET you must still REGISTER FOR CLASS too!
2) Second, register for your class session HERE
