Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax.
Deep mind and body relaxation is facilitated by the beautiful sound of therapeutic singing bowls. Flora will guide you into a meditation to quiet your mind and release tension.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillows, blankets or whatever you need to be completely comfortable. No studio props will be available. You may lie on the floor or use a chair, whatever is best for you.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the session starts so everyone is settled.
Cost $25 early bird price through April 18. $30 after April 18.
