em.bodi.ment links movement development and reflexive repatterning with authentic and integrated movements that can enhance our physical focus. The class introduces a specific layering of activities by implementing applied kinesiology concepts of Touch for Health© and Brain Gym©. Following an introductory class, the remaining five weeks of the class follows either the Shen (Creation) or Ko (Control) direction of the Five Element Theory used in Touch for Health (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood). Each week will focus on a new affirmation and integrated movement to support an overall well-being. This class is a great beginning to your day that will support whole body connectivity.
