Class is live via Zoom. Recordings are accumulated for the series and will be available until June 30. 

This 6 week session series explores the Ko cycle of the Element Chart. As the Shen(g) Cycle focuses on the circular rotation of the Element Wheel and the relationship of the relationship of Creation between the Elements, the Ko Cycle, moves through the elements in the shape of a star defining the relationship between the elements of Control. For example, Water controls Fire and Fire controls Metal.

The next 6 session series offers participates the option to meet synchronously on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am or to participate asynchronously, with the option to view the recording of the class whenever is convenient with each session lasting 50 minutes.Class begins with the 5-Element Integrated Movement which is a whole-body movement sequence focusing on the Ko rotation. Each class will dive deeper into a specific element to expand our em.bodi.ment of the muscles and meridians related to each element. After this session, you will be able to include in your personal physical practice, the ability to trace the 12 Meridians and utilize the 5 Element Integrated Movements sequence. This sequence is a great addition to your practice as a pre-movement experience or simply a quick afternoon break to revitalize.
