Are you resolving to learn yoga to  manage stress and burnout?

Are you interested in the many health benefits of yoga?

Does the thought of coming to a yoga class make you nervous or overly conscious?

Let us help you get started in a comfortable, no-judgement workshop!

Join us for a 2-hour yoga workshop for absolute beginners. Learn yoga postures, how to link your breath to movement, and what adaptations you may need to be comfortable in your body, what your teacher needs to know to keep you safe, what Savasana is, and what to consider in choosing a yoga class and teacher(s).

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothes that have some stretch and coverage.
Avoid eating right before the workshop. A light snack is fine but a full meal will make it more difficult to move.
In-Studio, we will provide: yoga mats, blankets, blocks.
What to bring: Your sense of adventure and curiosity and humor! We will laugh and keep it light. Invite a friend, family member, or spouse to join you. Sometimes the company of a buddy makes the first step easier!

Fee:
$15 - please register at least 24 hours in advance
or bring a friend and you both pay $12.50
Inclues the event and 7 day access to the workshop recording and min-home practices handout
