What is the Seven Centers of Existence? Seven Centers of Existence is a movement study of meditation which respectfully embodies the sonic and visual experience of the Bijas Mantras of the Seven Chakras. This exploration is a community collaboration that merges a vibrant visual expression of breath and movement as a meditative process.

Performance Teachers: 

Pamela Luedtke is an active artistand collaborator in the Central Wisconsin community for more than twenty-six years. She is the founder and artistic director of Point Dance Ensemble, a co-founder of The Artist In Residence Project (AIR Project) and a founding member of Shuvani Tribal Belly Dance. Pamela was a soloist with the Mary Anthony Dance Theatre in New York, NY for eight years, during which time she also worked with such dance luminaries as Anna Sokolow, Bertram Ross and Agnes de Mille. She is currently a Lecturer of Dance at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Theatre and Dance Program where she instructs Ballet/Modern Dance technique, as well as a co-instructor for the Pilates Mat Teacher Training Program.


Jay Coldwell finds resonance in ancient practices and studies that help us connect with that ground of being that helps us remember. He loves to study, practice and share chanting in a group setting, and meditation in a non-dual tradition.

Jay is certified as a 200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor from the River Flow Yoga Teacher Training School and the American Viniyoga Institute.  He has completed the 300 hour River Flow Yoga Teacher Training and is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance.. Jay has studied Sanskrit chant at the Vedic Chant Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with Sonia Nelson and Linda Spackman. He continues to study yoga sutra and Vedic chant with Linda.  Jay has also studied kirtan leadership with Mike Cohen. Jay is an iRest Level 2 Teacher, having studied with Richard Miller and Stephanie Lopez.  He is currently studying Yoga Nidra with Indu Aurora.
