Explore the therapeutic tools of yoga for your low back, hips, knees, upper back, neck, and shoulders. Ease pain and tension through movement and stress reduction techniques. Cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and awareness. Grow confident in yoga self-care tools that are adapted for you.

This class is appropriate for regular self-care, beginners, students with pre- and post-hip and knee joint replacements and a variety of structural conditions and for recovery from a strong work-out, race or competition.
