Grief thru Gratitude - Gathering to Pause, Reflect and Honor Yourself and the Experiences in 2020 with Heather Van Dalfsen, MEd, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, Certified Yoga Therapist

Tuesday, December 15, 4:00pm - 5:00pm, Everyone Welcome, Donation-based to support the Humane Society of Marathon County, sliding scale: $5 - $25. Note: you can pay any whole dollar amount between $5 and $25 where it says "Donate." 

All registrants will receive a video recording of this class available through December 31st. 

Beginners to Regular Meditation Practitioners. Let's Gather and Practice Mindful Movement, Breath and Guided + Quiet Meditation to reflect on and honor significant experiences within 2020. These accessible yoga strategies can support us in continuing to process what we've navigated this past year.  

May this also support the health of our body, mind, nervous system and emotions during this season of reflection and into 2021.

We'll integrate a short, breath-guided movement practice to unravel 'sticky stress' that has been building up within our body, thoughts and emotions throughout the year. This will ease us into sitting (or move to supine - your choice), deepening our placement of attention. With a short guided meditation and quiet meditation may this collective pause to practice, give each of us a renewed foundation of support, awareness and purpose.

A percentage of class proceeds will be given to the Humane Society of Marathon County. Thank you for sharing-it-forward to this important non-profit. May this meditation of love support all of us.
