Read More About Terri Here: Terri is a Certified Yoga Therapist living and working in Atlanta, GA. She has worked extensively in clinical settings using the tools of yoga to help people with various disabilities including cancer, PTSD, mental illness, traumatic brain injury, and addiction. She began practicing yoga and meditation to help herself function as a single parent raising two girls with autism and schizophrenia, now thriving at aged 24 and 28. The practice of iRest Yoga Nidra was key in helping her learn to accept all feelings and experiences, to help bypass the thinking mind and work directly with the somatic expression. Terri offers this practice of Welcoming as a gift she knows well and as a testament to her lived resilience.
