Yoga for Desk Dwellers and Upper Body Care
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM starting October 5

For beginner and intermediate level students

This class offers stress reduction and incorporates helpful adaptations of postures for neck, shoulders, back, arms, and wrists. Recommended for computer users, care takers, and anyone with tension in the upper body. 

What you can expect in class: 
  • A welcoming environment whether you are in person or online
  • Centering and re-focusing at the start of class to take you from your busy day into your practice
  • Breath-centered movement, carefully sequenced, with a focus on unwinding tension in the upper body
  • Guided relaxation to help you deeply relax
  • Simple breathing practices for stress reduction that you can use at home or work. 
A video recording will be available in the Content Library for everyone on the class roster for 5 days after the class.
