Ä€yurveda, the ancient art and science of healing, teaches us to live in harmony with nature using diet as a primary tool. Just as each of us has a unique constitution with different qualities, so do the seasons. How should we nourish ourselves for optimal health and balance when it starts getting colder and we transition from fall to winter?


In this workshop, you'll learn

  • The impact of seasonal qualities on your unique constitution, digestion, and appetite

  • How to recognize seasonal imbalances and shift them with your food choices 

  • Ways to adapt your yoga practice to promote good digestion

  • How to make a delicious and nourishing beverage appropriate for the colder months

  • Plus recommendations for simple meals to keep you warm and centered no matter how frigid it gets!
