Support for the grieving through learning, breathwork, and movement.

with Mary Kluz, RYT-200, BS, MS and Amy Kitsembel, MEd, FT ,CSW (Masters in Education, Fellow in Thanatology (study of death, dying and bereavement), Certified Social Worker)
Those in mourning are offered a time to gather, with the support of tools to help navigate their grief. Attendees will be invited to participate in movement and breath practice to create space in our bodies, and education about grief "work", developing language that helps us understand grief to encourage space in our minds for our need to mourn. Time will also be provided to build practices to support mourners at home.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, a journal, and an item that represents the loss they are experiencing.
