Did you know that there will be a full moon on Tuesday, December 26th? A full moon is a transformational time to release anything that no longer serves us.  Are you holding onto "baggage" that is weighing you down and is no longer needed or necessary in your life?

In this special 'New Year- New You' meditation session, we will focus on letting go of anything in your life that is no longer serving its purpose. 

We will begin class with a fun Full Moon Release.  A Full Moon Release is a fun & easy way we can reflect and let go of what no longer serves our greater good. This activity can be done each month on your own or with friends.

You will gain insight to the natural flow of beginnings and endings. We will also discuss how we, as humans, normally tend to deal with endings, and how important it is to set boundaries for ourselves.  

This 20 minute guided meditation will take you on a journey within where we will first call our energy back from all the places we've focused our energy this past year.  We will be using basic breathing techniques and our senses to enhance this inner experience.

You will be guided to recognize and accept your past in a healthy and healing way, before we release it. You can expect to gain internal insight of how you personally resist or accept things in life, and how you may subconsciously hold onto things that have reached their natural end. By acknowledging this within yourself, you allow experiences in life to add depth and help build gratitude and compassion.
 
 By the time you fully complete this meditation, you should feel a new sense of calm or peace, along with a higher knowledge that what is to come will be amazing.
