In this “self-love” meditation, we will discuss the “Whole” self.  The whole self includes parts of us we are very conscious and aware of, but also parts we may not be very conscious of, and how meditation can benefit in bringing awareness to both.  We will also cover how these parts influence how we live our everyday lives.

The meditation will run about 20 minutes.  Basic breathing techniques will be used to  help you settle into a more relaxed state. You will then be guided inward to not just feel, but see “You”.  My technique of guiding this meditation will include prompts to use your own internal imagery and senses to open awareness and compassion for yourself as we embark on this little journey of awareness, healing, and self-love.
