Colors & Cakras represent & express vibrant energy. Colors can be perceived by our physical senses. Colors serve as a tangible representation of the unseen flow of energy - Chakras within us. Wearing certain colors can provide soothing therapy for ourselves or they can be rejuvenating, action colors that help us move forward.

Tap deeper into colors! Learn more about their attributes, & how they can affect us in positive ways. Partake in a quiz to find out "What Color is Your Personality?"  Look further into the different colors of the chakras, which are energy centers in our body, & how we can balance them. Experience a color meditation. 

What will you receive? You will receive hand-outs & extra information to bring home. 

What to wear & bring? Wear your favorite color(s) & bring a journal to class.
