When joining In-Person at Rib Mt. Amphitheater
  • Set up your practice space at the amphitheater or in the surrounding grassy areas
  • BRING YOUR MAT, Blankets (for cushion & relaxation) & water
  • DRESS IN LAYERS as you may find it is a bit cooler up on the mountain
Breathe, flow, stretch, strengthen and turn down the stress-o-meter with nature as your classroom. Feel rooted in the earth as you reach for the sky, inviting your breath to guide you through a fluid sequence of asanas (postures). Slow, strong and mindful – may this practice support your physical health, stress management, mental and emotional health and reconnect you to what is important for you. Variations & adaptations shared, please be mindful of wrists, knees, back and shoulder care (an extra blanket or towel is awesome).

This is a wonderful group of individuals so you will be welcomed and can ease into your practice space for this time you have committed to yourself.

Inclement Weather - Communication usually by 4pm-4:30pm if class cancelled
  • Go to the 5 Koshas website & click on Schedule: https://www.5koshasyoga.com/yoga/class-schedule/
  • Heather will indicate in Rib Mountain class title if class cancelled due to inclement weather
  • Check in on 5 Koshas  Yoga & Wellness and Heather's Facebook accounts
  • Watch for email updates as a communication option also
Parking available near amphitheater - park sticker needed and can be purchased at Ranger Station or Online at dnr.wisconsin.gov

Some students hike up the mountain before class. Parking behind the church next to Bone and Joint  (along the west tree line) is a great spot to meet and walk from there. Many students offer car rides down the mountain if needed!

Thank you everyone!
