Learn more about yourself using movement and breath practice. This class encourages self-care and inner awareness. Generally classes engage the whole body to release unnecessary contraction and build strength, while creating more steadiness by developing focus and balance.
The class is appropriate for seasoned and beginning yoga students, students looking to rebuild strength and stability or recover from other strength-building activities.
