Baffled, bored or intimidated by yoga? This class may open the way to renewed energy, reduced stress and a feeling of well being. You will begin class with yoga postures (poses) that are combined with simple breath techniques to enhance movement and your intention for the class. Classes progress to more energizing postures frequently combined in short flows, designed to increase attention and awareness and corral a scattered mind. You will then move to postures that encourage relaxation, peace and a tranquility. This is an evening class so when you take it in-person online or in-studio, you may experience better sleep. If you take the recorded class earlier in the day, you may find greater awareness of what is important and what is just “small stuff.”

This class is intended for those new to yoga as well as more advanced practitioners.

A video recording will be provided in the Content Library to everyone on the roster for 5 days following the class.
