What if our bodies could talk?  Do you want to learn how to listen? 

Enter into a space of compassion and understanding. During this series, we delve into the intricate relationship between emotions, their impact on our lives, and how to harness them as valuable guideposts. Societal norms often label negative emotions as undesirable. Explore the essential role that the full spectrum of emotions offers in achieving optimal growth.

Throughout our lives, we naturally experience a wide range of emotions, each contributing to our personal journey.  Each class will offer a unique opportunity to embark on an inner journey, explore the depths of one's emotions, and gain valuable insights into the workings of the mind and heart.

Each class will: 
  • Start with a discussion, inviting participants to share their experiences or insights.   
  • Then, experience a guided meditation. This guided journey will employ a combination of techniques, including focused breathing, vivid visualization, sensory awareness, and intuitive exploration. Participants will be guided to quiet their minds, connect with their inner selves, and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.  
  • End with questions or reflection. Participants are also welcomed to share if they choose to do so.
Throughout the series, the meditation sessions will be tailored to specific themes such as: 
What are emotions, how emotions relate to specific parts of the body, trapped emotion, and how to process emotion.  

Learn tools necessary to get through any emotion in a more healthy, beneficial, and mindful way, No one ever said this life was easy - but it doesn’t have to be hard either.
