Are you pregnant and interested in learning yoga techniques to prepare for birth? How can yoga benefit you and baby for labor and delivery?

Cultivate stability in mind, body and spirit through yoga as you prepare for the new baby. Engage in self-care that helps you feel your best and prepares you for labor and delivery. Address common pregnancy concerns within the body and mind. Be among women who share this similar journey. 

This class includes breath-centered yoga postures adapted for all stages of pregnancy, various breath techniques to use during labor and delivery, reflections, affirmations and guided relaxation to release stress and to restore your mind and body. 

Beginner and experienced practitioners are welcome to attend. Please note, these classes are meant for expectant pregnant women only. 

Price: $70 for Prenatal Yoga 6-Week Series!
