How can Sound Mediation help you achieve focus, rediscover your inner awareness and enhance your personal well-being?

We, as humans, are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. The ShaamaahS performance engages the subtle energy body & allows for a person to truly immerse themselves in their own personal energy by simply be being present with this music.
ShaamaahS is a solo project, developed to perform a unique ambient music involving:
- Tuvan Throat Singing and Invocative Mantra
- Himalayan Singing Bowls
- Shruti Box
- Subtle Symphonic Soundscapes
This sound experience is meant for any level of Yogic experience. The goal of these sound meditations is to provide an ambient meditation environment that has the potential for:
- Deep relaxation
- Improve health
- Explore inner self
- Reach the true teacher within
What to bring?
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Bring your yoga mat, pillows & blankets
- The studio has yoga mats, bolsters & blankets if needed
