Evolving - constantly changing and growing. Gradually developing your skills while working on breath with movement. Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. 

During this special Evolving Yoga Strength & Balance Series you will learn:

  • How to test your balance and check your progress
  • How strength and balance work together
  • Addition of light weights in some yoga postures to increase strength
  • Focus on core strength postures, an important partner to balance
  • Challenging your balance with yoga postures and adaptations
  • Using patterns of repetition and stay in postures to develop more strength
  • Promoting mental and emotional balance by getting to know your breath with simple breathing practices that are accessible and easy to learn
A video recording is available in the Content Library to everyone on the roster for 5 days after the class.
