Are you interested in guided meditation to release & align with the monthly moon energy cycle? Did you know that there will be a Worm full moon on Friday, March 14th?
A full moon is a transformational time that offers the opportunity to release anything that no longer serves us. Every Full Moon is a culmination of a monthly cycle reflecting an ending and a new beginning. We invite you to our monthly full moon release meditation session.
March's full moon is linked to the Zodiac Sign of Virgo which represents letting go of perfection, aligning with your gifts and forgiving yourself. This is a transformative time to uncover secrets or shadows within yourself.
In this specially designed monthly class, you are invited to:
- Guided meditation focusing on the energy of the full moon
- Journal prompts to release and honor your energy
- Topic & open discussion on the Zodiac Sign the moon is in that month.
- Tips for navigating the monthly moon cycle energies
After each session, you'll have the opportunity to practice the last portion at home. The last part of a full Moon release is to take your piece of paper that you wrote down anything you want to release on going outside under the full moon. Amanda provides you with a written prompt to say as you burn your paper releasing what you may need.
