Evolving - constantly changing and growing. Gradually developing your skills while working on breath with movement. Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength and balance.
A regular yoga practice, overtime increases flexibility and mobility. This helps aid in daily activities.
The intention of this class is to help you adapt into postures that will make a positive impact on your life and well being.
A video recording is available in the Content Library to everyone on the roster for 5 days after the class.
