Want to know how Chair Yoga can help you in your daily lives? Do you take for granted what you are able to do at home?
With the use of postures, movement, and breath adaptation, you will:
- Learn postures to improve balance
- Learn postures to improve range of motion
- Learn how Chair Yoga can increase energy and focus
Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone - all levels are welcome to join. Modifications and variations will be offered. All postures will be done in a chair, standing postures will be supported with a chair.
What to bring & wear? Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. There are limited yoga mats available to utilize at the studio.

Can’t make it during the scheduled class time? Register to receive access to the video content for 5 days! You are encouraged to attend all classes. Have to miss a week? You’ll still receive access to the video content so you don’t miss out! Attending each session offers you the opportunity to build upon your personal practice week by week.
