With the use of postures, movement, and breath adaptation, you will:
Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone - all levels are welcome to join. Modifications and variations will be offered. All postures will be done in a chair, standing postures will be supported with a chair.
What to bring & wear? Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. There are limited yoga mats available to utilize at the studio.
Price: $8 Single-Chair-Class-Pass, $57 8-Chair-Class-Pass & Included in Monthly Memberships!
Can’t make it during the scheduled class time? Register to receive access to the video content for 5 days! You are encouraged to attend all classes. Have to miss a week? You’ll still receive access to the video content so you don’t miss out! Attending each session offers you the opportunity to build upon your personal practice week by week.
