Experience a class that blends breath-centered movement, mindful stillness, and journaling. Enter into a welcoming space to check in, shift perspective, and begin again in your body, mind, and heart.
Whether you’re recovering from a busy week, easing back into a routine after a break or just carving out space for yourself, this series offers the perfect Sunday sanctuary — no dogma, no hustle, just room to reset.

What do I need for class? Bring a yoga mat, a journal, a water bottle to stay hydrated and whatever version of yourself shows up that day! Please wear comfortable clothing that are easy to move in.
Who should attend? No experience needed - just a willingness to pause!
