Get your morning exercise in! Classes begin with energizing yoga postures that will bring your body and mind up to speed for more intense strength training, then cool down with more relaxing yoga postures. Each class has a different emphasis with correspondingly different yoga postures. Classes will be designed for minimal weight use, relying instead on body weight and some use of dumbbells. If you do not have any weights at home, canned food or other weighted items can be substituted.

I love her class template with warm-up, upper body strength, lower body strength, core strength, and compensation postures and guided relaxation. Active, older adults are encouraged to sign! Modifications will be demonstrated for such concerns as low back instability, hip or knee replacements, arthritic feet, or other possible limitations.
A video recording will be provided in the Content Library to everyone on the roster for 5 days following the class.
