Do daily activities leave you feeling tight, sore, and unmotivated? Have you wondered how to add more self-care into your routine? Would you like to feel more freedom in your body?
This practice will target the fascia. What is fascia?
Fascia is the connective tissue of the body that weaves around and within every critical system, transporting information, sensations, memories, and trauma. When the fascial system is free and mobile, we feel abundant and energized, and when we feel better, we have more love to share.
During this self-care practice you will:
Open pathways for communication and love
Learn how to ease tension and stress after a long day
Understand the time component essential to myofascial release
Use blankets, blocks, and balls to compress/massage areas of tightness
Hold surrender-based yoga poses for an extended period
Feel deeply into the body
