Breathe, flow, stretch, strengthen with nature as your classroom. Feel rooted in the earth as you reach for the sky, inviting your breath to guide you through a fluid sequence of asanas (postures).
Some classes will offer pauses for guided pranayama (breathing practices) and short meditations. Classes end with savasana (relaxation).
May this practice support your physical health, stress management, mental and emotional health and reconnect you to what is important for you.
Variations & adaptations shared, please be mindful of wrists, knees, back and shoulder care (an extra blanket or towel is awesome). Please note, benches in the amphitheater are available as needed.
