Does your busy life have you feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or exhausted?

Stress can drain you mentally, emotionally, and physically. When you prioritize self-care, you allow your body and mind to recover. This recharging isn’t just about "feeling good" in the moment; it’s about maintaining the energy to tackle challenges with clarity and focus.


This gentle yoga class offers stress reduction techniques to calm the nervous system, ease tension in the body, and quiet the busy mind.  Using slow – mindful movements, deep breathing, & restorative poses, you will learn yoga strategies to manage stress both on and off the mat.


What can you expect in class?

  • Enter a welcoming environment whether you are in person or online.
  • Begin class with a self check-in to re-center and re-focus from a busy day into yoga practice
  • Experience mindful movement to unwind and release tension in the body
  • Learn deep breathing and relaxation techniques for stress reduction
  • Learn how your thoughts and emotions contribute to stress, and discover effective techniques to manage and reduce their impact
  • Experience deep release and nourishment in restorative poses
  • End class with a guided relaxation to fully and deeply relax leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace

A video recording will be available in the Content Library to everyone on the roster for 5 days following the class.
