Are you ready to improve your muscular endurance and strength? What are some of the benefits of Yoga Strength?

This class is designed for you to expand your yoga practice through usage of weight dumbbells as an additional element. 

What will you experience in this series?
  • Begin with self reflection through short mindfulness
  • Move into a dynamic yoga flow using weights, deep stretches and sun salutations
  • End with guided relaxation.

Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone - all levels are welcome to join. 


What you’ll need? Please have a yoga mat, blanket or pillow, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. 


Price: $60 for 6-Week Series. Included in $69 Monthly Unlimited Yoga Membership & $89 Monthly Premium  Unlimited Yoga Membership.
