Bring yourself back into equilibrium and take your best self into the weekend. Class sessions will focus on cultivating rejuvenation. Each series will give you tools to balance your body, your brain and your energy. Yoga postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation counter the tension we hold in our bodies.
