Learn and explore how yoga can play an important part in stress reduction and a better night's sleep. Practice and learn the relationship between breath and movement, stress relieving breathing techniques, and how to let go of your day and prepare for the upcoming week.
This is an online class and a great way to end your weekend and start the next week. Come as you are pajamas, sweats, be comfortable and be yourself. Have fun learning to relax, calm your mood, and ultimately have less joint aches and pains!
