Move with ease! Gain strength, stability, balance, and vitality. Reduce pain. This is yoga adapted for the wisdom years. This class incorporates postures and adaptations for back, hip, knees, shoulders, neck, and bone health. Join us for breath-supported movement that is gentle on your joints, breathing practices, and short reflections. Beginners are welcome. Chairs are used. No postures are done on the back or knees.
