Yoga for Self-Care: Creating Calm with Movement and Breathing
Wednesdays, starting January 13

Be kind to yourself as you learn the benefits of yoga including core strength, balance, stress reduction and immunity. 

You will learn yoga postures, breath awareness, and guided relaxation to experience a mindful way f practicing self-care. This form of yoga - Viniyoga - meets you where you are with postures that can be adapted to the individual and are sequenced for safety and efficiency. 

Learn and practice yoga in this online class in the comfort of your home. You have the option to have your video camera on or off during class. 

This class is designed for beginners, but all are welcome. Yoga postures will be practiced with a mat.
