This is a great class for students who have never taken a yoga class, want a refresher on basic foundational postures or want to continue their practice in a gentle environment with more detailed instruction. Over time you will begin to create increased awareness of your breath, body alignment and movement into and out of the postures. You will also begin to integrate mindful breath and movement throughout your day. Students and instructor are welcoming and encouraging to newcomers with a fun lighthearted approach. Give it a try!
