Thursdays 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Connect breath with movement in gentle yoga postures to build strength and flexibility and to release body tension.  Learn techniques for on and off the mat to enhance emotional well-being.  Props and alternate options of practice are shared so that the postures are accessible for anyone.  Beginners are welcome as well as experienced practitioners who need a practice to unwind stress.  Explore your potential and feel the benefits of yoga going with you into your weekend.
