Gain strength, stability, balance, body awareness, and balance with a welcoming group that makes online classes feel like the local coffee shop. Mats are used for floor and standing postures but postures can be easily adapted for sore knees. This class incorporates postures and adaptations breathing practices, and short reflections. Inspirational themes relevant for daily living are woven through each class. Develop your intention for moving into your week. Cultivate courage, strength, awareness, joy and community.
