Learn and practice accessible and effective yoga techniques to support: pain & stress management and low back, upper back, neck and shoulder health.

Techniques include yoga postures, breath practice, guided relaxation and simple meditation tools.

Deepen your awareness of pain and stress areas, their relationship, what may exasperate them and what yoga techniques supports relief and management.

Daily vitality and clarity can be supported when movement, cognitive function and overall interest in activities of daily living and hobbies become more accessible.
