IN-STUDIO: Belly Dance 7-Week Beginner Series

This 7-week course will emphazsize fun and energetic belly dance movements including body isolations of the shoulders, chest, arms, and hips. There will be plenty of undulations and shimmies to enjoy and get your body moving! It will be a perfect introduction for beginning dancers, and a great way for continuing dancers to hone their technique and style.
The live classes will be recorded and available to class participants and video-only class participants through January 2.
