Yoga for Self Care | 6-week Series

The intention of this 6-week series is to develop self-care skills that work on or off the yoga mat. 

We will use yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness methods to investigate ways to nurture and look after ourselves. The sessions build on each other to fortify our discoveries. Journaling is included to encourage our creativity and recollection. 

This series is relevant to people new to yoga or thouse with experience who want to go deeper. Sessions are 75 minutes and are structured with the intention of self-management with teacher support. 

Sessions will be recorded and available to class registrants through March 5.
