This 7-week course will emphasize fun and energetic belly dance movements including body isolations of the shoulders, chest, arms, and hips. There will be plenty of pops, locks, and shimmies to enjoy and work up a sweat!  It will be a perfect introduction for beginning dancers, and a great way for continuing dancers to hone their technique and style. We will also work on basic zil (finger cymbal) rhythms. 

Please bring a set of 4 finger cymbals to class. Finger cymbals should have two slits on the top (not a single hole) with elastic bands that fit snugly to the middle finger and thumb.

Price: $79 *  Students MUST BE fully vaccinated to participate in the In-studio classes!

Weekly class videos will be posted on Wednesday mornings and will be available through May 17.
