This movement class will share strong, interesting and fun Pilates exercises that will support your physical and mental health.
Whether you are new to Pilates or want to refine your practice; whether you are interested in quality movement for daily activities or looking for active recovery from a strong work-out/competition - everyone is welcome to join, learn and explore.
We'll begin class with a warm-up to prepare body - especially important areas of back, hips, neck, shoulders, knees, wrists - for Pilates exercises that invite you to strengthen, lengthen, move and focus. We'll conclude with a warm down and pause in a short rest to integrate the movement practice and the experience you created.
Pilates and yoga can be a harmonious team. With the majority of the class sharing Pilates exercises, you'll deepen your awareness of how the spine, abdominals, pelvis, hips, legs, knees to feet can nurture stability. This in turn supports mobility for all the activities of daily living, hobbies and momentum of life.
