Yoga for Educators, 6 Week Series, In-Studio at 5 Koshas Yoga and Wellness

'Welcome and more so Thank You for all you do. May this 1-hour class support your physical, mental and emotional health. We will practice accessible and effective strategies of movement, breathing, reflection and guided relaxation. Some of these strategies are like 'Yoga Snacks' and you can use them everyday.
To support you as a whole person we will practice these strategies to support:
- Strengthening and Stretching (Lengthening) for ease of movement and less pain in hips, low back, upper back, neck and shoulders
- Stress Management and Energy Management so you can cycle stress through and have enough 'fuel in your tank' to navigate your day & evening
- Mental Health including offering the active mind some respite OR sharpening your attention if brain fog sets in, more so giving body and mind time to work as a team
- Honoring the spectrum of emotions, give them space and let them cycle through
When registering you will be given a prompt to complete the fillable waiver.
