This 8-week course will emphasize fun and energetic belly dance movements including body isolations of the shoulders, chest, arms, and hips. There will be plenty of pops, locks, and shimmies to enjoy the dance and work up a sweat! It will be a perfect introduction for beginning dancers, and a great way for continuing dancers to hone their technique and style.
