Advanced Belly Dance | In-Studio

This 10-week course will build on the movements and concepts from previous classes, concentrating on refining technique and introducing more advanced movements, layering, challenging combinations, whole-body awareness, fitness, and stamina.
- Bring zils (finger cymbals) to class.
- Prior belly dance experience is required to attend this course, please contact Anna for prior permission to register
- In-Studio classes include access to weekly class video recordings! These videos will be available on Wednesday mornings in your Punch Pass Content Library. You will receive an email notification when it’s available to review in your Punch Pass Content Library!

Our end-of-series hafla / celebration will be the last Tuesday of the session, May 9th, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at 5 Koshas Yoga Studio.
