Prior dance experience is recommended. It is recommended to attend the Beginner class at least 3 times before progressing to Intermediate.
This intermediate course will build upon movements and concepts from the beginner class, including drills to build strength and stamina, posture, and technique.
Easy/moderate choreographies will be introduced. This class is designed to prepare dancers for performance.
In-Studio classes include access to weekly class video recordings with access until May 23rd! These videos will be available on Wednesday mornings in your Punch Pass Content Library. You will receive an email notification when it’s available to review in your Punch Pass Content Library!
