Join Alison Swan, CRC, RYT & Yoga Therapist-In-Training in a gentle and empowering space for healing. This 8-Week Series group offers a compassionate space to support your healing journey through Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Guided Rest, Journaling and Meaningful Connection.

Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, life transitions or simply seeking a deeper connecting with your body and self, this experience is for you. 

Each Sessions combines gentle, adaptable movement practices with space for self-reflection and group discussion. All of which is grounded in evidence-informed and trauma-sensitive approaches. 

What will you experience each week?

  • Gentle Trauma-Informed Yoga  Postures - Asana & Breathwork - Pranayama 
  • Yoga Nidra - Guided Rest & Deep Relaxation 
  • Reflective Journaling with Guided Prompts

What will you receive? 
  • 8 facilitated sessions online and video recorded 
  • A custom-designed journal with weekly themes and prompts
  • Tools for grounding, emotional regulation and self-connection 
  • A safe space to move, reflect and grow with others
After registering, you'll complete a brief phone or virtual intake with Alison to help ensure the program is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and to foster a safe, supportive experience for everyone in the group.

A kind share, this group isn't about "fixing" anything. Healing isn't linear, and we're not broken. Together, we'll explore what it means t move at our own pace, reconnect with our bodies, and hold compassion for where we are - one breath, one movement, and one moment at a time.
