More About Cheryl: My 20-year career in the health and wellness field as a Nurse, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Personal Fitness Trainer has given me experience to serve in many capacities. I've coached countless individuals by directing corporate wellness programs, teaching group fitness classes, and nutrition counseling.
In addition to one-on-one instruction, I enjoy teaching a wide array of group fitness classes ranging from yoga and Pilates to HIIT, boot camp, and Cardio Kickboxing. When I'm not coaching others, you'll find me preparing for my next triathlon or backpacking trip.
I believe cross training is critical to overall wellness; committing to a healthy balance of aerobic, strength, and stretch activity along with proper nutrition, and self-awareness of presence creates a body in harmony.
